Your discussion about who is important in this world hits on something cool in this case. As you pointed out Whitebeard is a lot more important to the Navy, but if you zoom out and think back to an arc and a bit ago. The person who is responsible for this war is blackbeard. First he murders one of his crewmates, gaining the anger from Whitebeard, and then he captures Ace, which is arguably the fire that lit the fuse for this war. Everyone else is just kinda reacting to what he does, but he is taking the initiative, so I'd say that Blackbeard is actually the "main character" of this global narrative right now, or at least the main instigator. Making him loads more important then Luffy at this point

Lots of great info as always. - I did not get the Silvers joke, and I'm a moron. That's so obvious in retrospect. - Female Giants only 10m, give my girls some respect. Although I suppose they're valuing them for the labour that Giants provide and they'd see the men as much stronger and thus more valuable. - Man, that's a lot of Supernovas info, my eyes just locked onto Bonney and didn't let go.
