When a Kierrn is bitten, their human bodies undergo a reset and redesign at the same time. Anything that is missing or deformed is regrown or made right, and their entire body is made better. Stronger, faster, with peak stamina and health. When they sustain any injury besides ones inflicted by silver, their bodies regenerate inhumanly fast. They can even regrow any body parts or organs, even the brain. 

So taking a hard pounding isn't a big deal. Anything that gets, er, stretched out will become tight once more within a few minutes of rest. Likewise there is no real soreness after a good fucking, even a session that goes on for hours. The body just keeps on healing itself into its perfect state once more. So yeah, the fit would be tight.

And having a flexible spine and long muzzle doesn't hurt either ;)
