The Changing Bite (Patreon)

The changing bite that will transform a human into a Kierrn is a very risky thing. Most humans will not survive, and fewer women than men. However, talismans, rituals, and spells can be used to help the odds of a positive outcome. The ritual of the bite must also be a well timed with the full moon at just the right moment. This knowledge, however, must be taught, and rarely is, and most attempted bites end up in an agonizing death for most humans.

An older drawing I did for my piece "Moon's Gift" for the Werewolf Calendar, but I felt it was appropriate to describe the use of talismans and spells when attempting to change a human.
