I maintain that, for Marten, this represents an almost unrealistically idealized encounter with a vomiting woman. EDIT: this explains his almost sleepy expression in the final panel. It's literally so far from a sexually interesting woman vomiting on his fully-clothed genitals that it has actually broken his connection with reality.

She's young, so the hangover might not be too severe. She might not have the blessing of memory lapse, either. Remembering what an ass you made of yourself the night before is both a blessing and a curse. These things I know first hand. If your first thought is, "I'll never drink again," hold onto it, Liz. You are small of stature and a mean drunk, which nearly always means injuries in the not too distant future.
