Man, sorry to hear that Jeph. I pretty much have every symptom of major anxiety besides the self-consciousness while eating, so I can't relate to that specifically. It's hella bad though, I hope you can manage okay.

I believe it's the same thing with someone talking about the way you breath. The moment you read about inhaling and exhaling air, you become self conscious and you control your breathing instead of just doing it as an automatism. Now whoever reads this is doing it too.
