That bottom-left panel is really important to me. Faye has never been meek, but not too long ago she wouldn't have gotten involved. It really shows how she's established a sense of agency.

Bubbles is all too aware that humans are squishy. Even before they were friends, it was pretty obvious that she did intent to miss Faye. She can flip Punchbot in a rage, because it's pretty obvious that he doesn't care if his head is dented as long as he gets to punch things. Gods, I hope Jeph doesn't take things this way, but if Bubbles unintentionally hurts Faye, I could see her trying to push Faye away to keep from getting hurt and going into some horrible place within herself.

I love how comically large the dent in Punchbot's head is. The only downside is that now there is considerably less drawing room for Faye.
