Well, now that Roko is here, they're about to get a LOT more productive, because she means business. I'm almost scared to see what she'll accomplish, but excited, mostly.

So, Roko needs to look at their finances and look to long term prospects. Maybe Robot-Grandpa can help out. This may be a way to get him more engaged with the world at large.

The real question is how much funding do they have left. If they still have plenty of funding left, with Roko in charge, they can easily turn things back around.

Now that we know where the money is coming from, Roko can start to find another rich person (maybe Hannerlore’s parents?) to help support them and be a de-facto board of directors to give them guidance and an initial financial support.

Depending on how much money is left, this could be a huge opportunity for furthering AI rights. Beeps said "hemorrhaging volunteers", not money, so it will be interesting to see where Roko takes this.

Okay, what we haven't mentioned yet is, if the funding is still intact, Roko will be in charge of some sort of organization with money and ZERO OVERSIGHT. I love this idea.

This seems to be an underlying assumption, but Roko should stay. Stomping out in a huff would be dramatic, but if she didn't repent and return it would be a huge disappointment.
