Great episode as you said. I really felt for Lucifer who after all this time working with and caring about Chloe (although she still doesn't yet know all that he has done and sacrificed for her) must feel so very betrayed. Poor Lucifer, it is always a struggle somehow for him going through these deep and often hurtful emotions. I also felt for Chloe who now realises that the man she had got to know (she thought) and care about, isn't even human... and researching all about 'the Devil' must have really freaked her out. She too must have been struggling with reconciling the 'man' she thought she knew with what she now knows, not just about Lucifer but that Heaven, Hell, Demons, Angels all does exist and the implications of that for all of them. I understand her fears and confusions as everything she thought she knew about the world she lives in is completely wrong! How sad that after all this time they are so far apart and cannot really talk about what all this means to them both. I hoped when watching this the first time they would find a resolution and understanding. Maze and Dan working together was great but I didn't want Dan to go down a path of darkness again and hoped he would find a way through his grief. I was looking forward to the story developing between Amenadiel and Linda and a half human- half angel baby? Finally, have we seen the last of father Kinley? What about this prophecy and how will that play out? If Chloe isn't Lucifer's first love then who is? And who is that pretty lady arriving on cue at LUX? (Ha ha the clues were there at the end! ) Buckle up for the fun to come! I am so glad I finally jumped on Patreon to share the full reactions with you. I am looking forward to episode 4 very much.
