Welcome to season 3. Loved your reaction, i think the characters convey such emotion great acting. Arthur is such a wonderful character conflicted emotionally, especially now he has a new wife Linda who has helped him become a "better" man. No drinking and drugs, but how long can you cage a wild animal for???? Just a little historical background to help you with the story without any spoilers. Churchill saved Tommy from death last season and now he is using him and the Shelbys to get tanks and ammunition to the Royals (WHITES) in Russia who are going through a war with the Communists(REDS). Churchill doesnt want this to happen in Britain so needs to arm the Whites to help them win. He cant be seen to be helping hence using Tommy to do the dirty work. Tommy has obviously known this is coming and has been worried about it as it is the biggest thing that he has had to deal with so far and there is no backing out or Churchill will have them hung. Now he has a wife and son his character has something to live for and so that makes a difference. I like Grace because i know how much Tommy loves her and you only want Tommy to be happy but there is something about her wanting to change him. Polly's love interest Reuben Oliver just appears at the wrong time as Tommy has told everyone to be careful who they are mixing with as he doesnt know who the enemy is at the moment. All will be revealed. Hope that answers a few questions.......
