So most people recommend reactors skip the first episode because of the subject matter, however it is actually a very clever story, with a great cast and acting, as you said. Don't worry this is the only one that really gross, the rest are still weird but no more bestiality XD The older guy who was aide to the Prime Minister played Rassilon in a couple of Doctor Who episodes, mainly towards the end of Clara's run. The female aide that he started to choke was also in a David Tennant DW episode, the Waters of Mars when the crew had to die, but he saved them anyway. She was the captain of the crew. She has been in so much though, she's British acting royalty. To explain the "End of Part 1" and "Part 2" things you see throughout. In the UK there are less frequent ad breaks, although the ads are a little longer. A 60 minute show will have 3 ad breaks, whereas a 30 minute show will have only one. It's commonplace in British TV to signal the upcoming ad with "End of Part 1" (or 2 or 3), and then the end of the break with "Part 2" (or 3 or 4). Only one season of Black Mirror was aired on UK terrestrial (network) TV before it moved to Netflix. Netflix really could have left out the upcoming ad cards, but for some reason didn't, but you won't have to worry about that after episode 3. Anyway, glad to see react to this show. I think you'll like it. Every episode is going to have actors that you recognize, from British TV shows you react to, to Hollywood blockbuster movies. It kind of became the "go-to" show for actors to be involved it at one point.
