First up. Very appreciative and grateful for your sacrifice in being cold to spare the added sound from the heating / aircon I do have to admit it has been very loud in the past during peak heat and cold times of the year. I'll never be one of those complainers for things that are just unavoidable for you. Even when I'll fully admit it has made videos less enjoyable and on occasion unwatchable with headphones. I know it gets very cold where you are. The temp's beginning to drop here now. But nobody wants you to be cold tho dude. So my small suggestion. It might helpful, might not be. So I'll just hang the idea out there. There are some pretty good electric oil filled radiator heaters that can come in various sizes from small to big and are quiet. So that may or may not be an option / affordable / practicable / impractical you in the US. I don't know. A small one under the desk could be a help if you did plan to try to avoid having the heating on during filming as much as possible. That's just my two pence / cents worth. Glad you enjoyed the second part. As you say, different eras work for different or all people for a plethora of reasonings. I for one have struggled to enjoy a later part in the show, for a cascade of reasons. But I've watched them all like a devoted fan. I'll probably drop away from full length during that point. As it'll just be negative comment after negative comment about so many episodes. I've done that enough now on other channels during my rewatches, trying to draw further appreciation that I might not have had upon first watch. That's the thing about this show. That rebirth and reinvention can be challenging for us all in various way at various times. You might like what I didn't. Who can tell. 😆
