Fantastic reaction! This is definitely my favourite episode of the season. To answer the question of Dream appearing as Kai’ckul, Dream takes on a different form depending on who he is interacting with. Although the one Sturridge plays is the one most commonly seen in the comics, he's taken a number of forms, even appearing as a cat in one of the stories. As with most of the Endless, their appearance reflects the idea of the concept they represent in the mind of the person seeing them. So in that scene, Nada saw Kai’ckul, but Matthew would have just kept seeing the Dream we see him, as that's the Dream he knows. In regards to Rosemary, I wonder if the Amulet of Protection wasn't influencing her somehow, part of her wanting to do everything she could to get away, and one part being influenced by the amulet to help John to get to the ruby.
