I adore that exit speech for Matt. It's so beautiful. Simultaneously speaking for the actor, this version of this beloved character and for audience; who have to let go again. Sublime peice of writing, delivered masterfully. You will eventually like 12. But it will take some time I imagine. I loved him from the very start. To you he will probably feel very different. But he is arguably more of a return to form. 9, 10 and 11 were the new aberration from the O.G character I think. "Everything you are, gone in a moment; like breath on a mirror. Any moment now, he's a comin'." Oh turns my eyes to waterfalls every fookin single time!

I loved 12 from the start, but I was also there for when they announced him as the new Doctor, so it didn't come as a surprise.
