Well, it appears that I forgot to pause the billing cycle for March 1st. Sigh... 

As a compensation for those affected I will probably be holding some content polls later this month. This does not mean that I am back to holding monthly polls again; rather, it's a one time thing. The upcoming billing cycles will continue to be paused until further notice.

I suppose this is only a compensation for those who have pledged $5 and above, and are thus eligible to vote. Not sure what to do about the $1 patrons who were affected...
