Updated tiers and other stuff (public update) (Patreon)

I have now updated the tiers. This will not affect most current patrons at all, other than the $2 ones, who will be able to participate in the Chapter Poll (which will be delayed while I finish chapter two of both Motherly Grudge and Black Vengeance).

Also, because some people think it's absolutely hilarious to pledge and immediately cancel just so they can see my content for free, I will be activating Pay Up Front at the beginning of next month. This means that new patrons will have to pay immediately upon pledging, and then at the start of every month as well. If you don't want to be affected by this and want to stay pledged to me, I recommend changing to one of my new tiers before the end of the month. 

NOTE THAT if you're in the Basic Tier ($1), this change will not affect you at all!
