"Woah there, big fella! Get a load of your bulk now, jeez! You just hit the big three-fifty exactly? I couldn’t be more proud of you, seriously. Don’t think this is going unrewarded. But first, tell me how you’re feeling. Must be hefty work, lumbering around the bulk now, eh? You fitting into chairs alright? The steering wheel of your car brushing up against your belly yet? If not, we’ll get you there. I bet people swerve outta the way when they see you stomping around the gym now, huh big fella? No need for the trainer anymore. In fact, folks should be charging you to train *them!

What are you packing away now? Five, six meals a day? Three or four thick shakes in between? Don’t forget to add plenty of icecream, bananas, oats, creatine powder and peanut butter to every shake. We ain’t done thickening you up yet."
