So the gyms have opened back up again and I'm doing my best to re-train and re-gain muscle. Sometimes I have good weeks, sometimes bad. It's been a tough journey to try and get back the strength I've lost during lockdown, and also the willpower, especially as a lot has occurred and continues to occur in my personal life that takes up a lot of my energy and focus recently. But I'm a few pounds up - heaviest was 248, though it fluctuates. I got bigger shirts and am now starting to fill them out too haha, and I'm doing my best to stay swollen and full and ball-bellied.
