Lockdown has been tough. We can all relate to that. Some tiny silver lining is that it's been an opportunity to gain more, and as a result of basically working from home for months with no gym - my belly's gotten bigger, and I've gotten fatter all over, but I have also lost muscle. I've done my best with home workouts and such, but there really isn't a good substitute for the gym. Here in London, we're still waiting for the gyms to reopen, and it's going on 4 months without them now. So it sucks, because I was training 4-5 times a week, and have always enjoyed having a combination of muscle and belly. But it will come back eventually, and in the meantime I guess I'll just have to keep eating...
