Okay so some of you have asked me how I know when my chest is growing and what makes me think I’m having a growth spurt.

I KNOW I’m having a growth spurt and will touch way more on that next month! Seeing how many cup sizes this growth spurt will be.

I have a few ways I can tell when I’m actively growing , but my number one way is by the veins.

If they are more prominent and new / baby veins as I call them all over my chest , then that means there has been and is more growth to come.
