Since then, fencing has been a staple of the Olympic program and continues to be a popular sport worldwide.

The elite Henford Fencing Club in the Henford-on-bagley neighborhood began in 1950 with a small group of enthusiasts. Today, it boasts top-notch facilities and a thriving community of fencers, from beginners to champions. The club has produced several national and international medalists, and is known for its rigorous training programs and excellent coaching staff. The Henford Fencing Club is committed to promoting the sport of fencing and enriching the lives of its members through physical fitness, mental discipline, and a strong sense of camaraderie.
