Doves Of Peril Updated! (Patreon)

I still have one more page to finish off this first chapter and am going to see how much I can get completed today. I can possibly rush it but being the last page, I really want to make sure the art is so beautiful that you all want to see chapter 2!
That is because I'm going to have another vote regarding the comic. I know a bunch of you have expressed how much you are enjoying this comic but I want to make sure that there is not a silent group that just doesn't want to rock the boat. As for me, I'm really enjoying drawing a longer format comic that has longer drawn out story lines dealing with subjects that are close to my heart like the demonization of erotic art, women sexuality, good friends, exploitation of women, bi-sexuality, religion, politics, discrimination and tolerance.
Okay... wrapped in lots of naughty bits but rather then using erotic art as just the window dressing, using it as the to address lots of these issues.
I also want to make this first chapter publicly available and distributed as widely as possible to try and get more fans interested in it. I hope that if we can get an army of Doves fans, I can start investing more people into its production. If I can manage to hire someone to do the colouring and shading, I think I can get to the 10 pages a month target that I want to get at! That would mean 120 pages a year!! OMG! That would be amazing if by the end of the pandemic there would will emerge with a 600 page tome!
Okay... now yet another very special thank you for you all for supporting my art and these comics and especially for my $10 and $25 supporters who are the real muscle behind these comics (with little extra reward). I know I say it a lot and it seems like such "yeah... yeah... okay" but as an artist, I feel so grateful that I get to do something that makes me happy and brings so much joy to people! Comics are a safe and non-exploitive way to enjoy erotic visual stories. Men and women both have a love for this subject matter and although it is TOTALLY socially inappropriate for any of this in real life, we do need a way to pleasure that side of our brains without destroying society. That is why violent movies, video games, comics, sports and novels are so popular. It is a genre I am not interested in but something I know is important for society to give people an outlet so no one falls victim to acting it out in real life. The Japanese have learned that a LONG time ago and have one of the most civil modern societies on the planet.
Anyways... I'll stop now and save it for the comics... LOL.
I hope you all had a great summer and I'll see you tomorrow when we start the unofficial start of the fall.
I'll quote Dr. Bonnie Henry who has given us the three rules to get through any pandemic...
"Be Kind, Be Calm and be safe!"
