This is the latest episode of Power Corrupts (part 18). We left off with Yahweh being convinced to not interfere with human affairs, but at the end of part 17, He refused to submit to the new theocratic governing authority and was subsequently arrested. Part 18 is about his tribulations in prison and if He can maintain His decision to not interfere, even if it means saving Himself. This parallels Jesus' tribulations, but the difference this time is that Yahweh doesn't know the outcome. "You have nothing to risk, so you have nothing to sacrifice." ~ The Warden
As you can probably tell, I put a lot of effort into this one. It took a long time to draw and animate, but the script took longer. I actually began fleshing it out in May, and toiled over the wording and events for months - always poking around in the back of my mind, so it feels good to finally put it out in the world so that I can move on to the next part. Of course, I know the direction the story needs to go (I know the end) but the path to get there is what is sometimes difficult to express.
Finally, I thought that in the future I might do livestreams for my supporters. I would announce them early, and during the streams I would show animations before they go live for everyone else, get your feedback live, and talk with you about it live too. Does that sound like something that would interest you, or should I keep everything as is?
