On the run (Patreon)

In this scene, Lucy runs while dozens of demons reach up from below. There's so much to draw, animate, and render in a scene like this that it could easily take a day just for this 10 seconds of animation. From back to front is the mountain layer, Lucy layers (about 30 for her alone), rock layer, tree layer, and then the demon layers. Each layer moves separately to give the illusion of depth as the camera moves (the layers further back move the least and different levels of focus help with this illusion).
