Thank you! But, personally, I find the lack of an outline to be a bit jarring coming off of the last alpha. That, in conjunction with the reduced brightness at night, ironically highlights the shortcoming of the textures; the pre-determined shading is bad, especially on the lower half of the breasts. If the next release, will you allow us to add our own loose body textures? If you clean up the texture by making it a uniform color (aside from the butt crack and genital areas) , it would look a lot better. Also, if there are subsurface modifiers used in your material cascade, you might want to lower its impact/ alter its input colors. She looks very over-saturated. That's probably also why she looks dark at night vs the last alpha. Aside from the visuals, everything else seems good. Thanks again!

The visuals are the hardest part for me. I'm not too versed with graphics and making things look good, which is why I'm still playing around with the settings to find the right balance, and always changing them. Finding the right balance that makes both day and night visible has been a issue cursing me for months and partly why I've held back from enabling day mode for so long.

Yeah, it definitely is a skill. I make 3D renders, so I am very familiar with the pain of making endless tweaks to my custom skin shaders. By using the console commands, I used to make it daylight in 1.6, and it didn't look terrible. If you haven't already, just make the normal and specularity maps a solid color with no defining characteristics. See if that works well in all lighting. Also, is it possible to simply replace an asset to get back the old shading? I tried to replace the old 1.6 map with the new 1.7 one, but there's an error with a referenced version when I look at the console. I am just trying to kitbash a version until you release the next one, which I don't know when that will be. Is it possible or is it like Unreal where everything has to be cooked at once using the Engine's program? Best, and thanks!
