Willy is kind of a jerk

I might share some original drafts of Willy at some point. When I came up with the idea, I wanted to see how a character who views everything transactionally would deal with another character who leaves himself vulnerable, so exchange of money is a big part of the story.

I've always been super interested in the way that a traumatized person tends to struggle for control and often inflicts trauma on those around them. Willy is based on that type of person, who is intelligent enough to rationalize their desire for control
