Willy is very demanding

One of the challenging about designing a short and petite character is making it so they don't read as an actual child. Holla to my short friends out there! It took a couple iterations before I had an iteration of Willy that I felt read like an adult. His mannerisms and face details were key. Things like his speech, body language, and bold eyebrows balanced out the short and cute aspects of the character design

Originally I was going to have his little horns look more like devil horns, because I'm thematic like that, but I decided that detail was too much
