I had a very powerful few weeks. The survival television show that I was on finally had its premier, which brought up a lot of feelings and memories. I received a lot of outreach from friends and strangers that has made me feel pretty emotional and has reminded me to live in the present moment. I listened to a YouTube video recently called “a Palestinian perspective,” on a YouTube channel called “the way forward.” It was a very powerful video talking about holy land and our inherent connection to one another on a micro and macro level. Everything happening outside of us, externally, is happening inside of us. The war, the violence, the destruction overseas, is also happening within each and every one of our own hearts. I just spent the last few days in Vermont, in a beautiful place up in the mountains, feeling really nourished, inspired, reconnecting with the land, humanity, my body mind and spirit, and the way of life, the pace of life, the way that our ancestors have always lived. I’m feeling a very much renewed sense of hope for the world, and for each day, despite the chaos in the emotions everywhere at all times. Looking forward to accomplishing goals each day, working hard and also practicing extreme self-care and self-love.

I have been thinking, quite deeply, about the concept of what is holy, sacred, safe, and real. All land, all dirt, earth, is holy. All time, human and interaction is holy. Each life and sentient being. I have also been thinking about the fear of death, fear across disciplines, and the darkness that permeates our collective psyche, and has been keeping us in the divisive delusion for years. I am leaning into the hope and light and excited to continue to partake, learn, and share with the world, living in the moment, letting go of fear…
