Ice Cold Plunge (Patreon)

I never thought I’d want to or be able to get into a freezing cold ice river… I still have a long ways to go, but I’m hooked. Even though I only made in 30 seconds or so in the water each day, I’m so proud of myself for showing up and trying. This experience makes the 50 degree cold plunge at my gym feel so warm and easy after this truly freezing water.
