Embracing the cold. It is around 20 degrees Fahrenheit today here in upstate (technically downstate) NY today. I’m addicted to the sun. I do take vitamin D supplements but it’s not the same as feeling the sun on my skin. I’m trying to embrace the cold. I’m thinking of going outside naked in winter like a cold plunge but in the air.. like free cryotherapy :) A good / healthy shock to the system — it’s hard, but I’m going to try to get outside naked in nature as many days as I can this winter ❄️ it’s like the gym, hard to get there but happy once in the flow, and just like @iceman_hof always reminds us, breathing makes this all possible 💪🏽
