These days have been long, hard, beautiful, terrible, cold and warm. Thank you to everyone who continues to support me at this time. I’m finally starting to have a few moments to breathe, write and create again. Not only is winter been very long and cold, but so many things have been rapidly changing. As I try my best to keep up with the momentum of things while simultaneously trying to move slowly, breathing through each action, mindfully stepping into new places and spaces, I still struggle with anxiety and panic at times. Working out my body, being naked in nature, grounding on the earth and being in the sunshine help me to free my mind, maintaining sanity in this world which is pushing levels of chaos and insanity exponentially in all directions. Amidst this information war, all I can seem do do is breathe and move through. Thank you all for your patience and ongoing support with my self and work. I haven’t been posting much in part due to the heightened censorship across platforms. My photos and photo sets are constantly being taken down. I will be hosting studio tours and visits in my new space upstate (new paltz, ny) if you’d like to see the full scope of my work in its raw form starting in April.
