Following on from the two demos we shared with you last week, here is a third demo from the writing sessions for the latest battle.

In this one we had settled on the basic structure for Indiana's first verse but we were primarily testing out a whole batch of alternative lines for Lara Croft's first verse. Ultimately none of the lyrics would make it into the final track.

We'll have another demo for you soon. :)

Here are the words so you can follow along...

LARA CROFT - VERSE 1

You’re a teacher… how peculiar,

Cause you’re about to go to school, Junior.

I’m a sharpshooter, precise and quick,

Your aim’s like your games, point and click.

I’m buff, athletic. You’re soft, pathetic,

Trust, I’m an expert in old dusty relics.

What’s the whip for, is it just aesthetics?

Or is it some sort of leather lover’s fetish?

My bars are the Ark 'cause they’re hard to follow,

You just make monkey brain rhymes, hard to swallow.

Every time you try to show us how you fly you go and crash,

Your most iconic lines are all behind you on a map

That’s a lonely trail when you’re old and stale,

Hunt the Holy Grail and you can only fail.

Your male ego’s so wholly frail,

I’ve seen more growth in my pony tail.

Mate, I’m outperforming you on all parameters,

You’re not even the coolest Harrison Ford character.

The last chapter you were in was lame,

Gained worse reviews than Ender’s Game.
