Steve Jobs vs Bill Gates - Concept Demo (Patreon)

This was the first attempt at capturing the musical story behind Steve Jobs vs Bill Gates. If you listen quickly, you’ll hear mostly “blah blah blah” 

But if you listen a little closer, you’ll hear tiny little seeds of ideas that went on to become the story and song we released on Youtube.

Lol... and as I’m hearing for the first time while I listen to it and write this, you’ll also hear a random joke about planting trees that didn’t make the cut.

I think you’ll also hear the announcer that ended up being in the final song too. it just started as “guys what about something like this?” on a demo, and it stuck.

Some of our best ideas do come that way, through experimentation, and the safety of releasing to a smaller group. 

That’s part of what has been so awesome about this Patreon experience, it feels like a smaller group of intelligent people passionate about the epic rap battles of history, and it gives us a safe place to try out the ideas that will grow into big videos.
