I’ve had this idea for like, way too long, probably since the episode about Weathers rainbows dropped, with pucci explaining how they make propaganda happen SO LIKE just what if weather could just do this 

I actually really like how weather and pucci look in this so 😭 maybe I’ll finish it sometime soon pff I gotta start drawing some stone ocean things again hehe
