Yoimiya (Patreon)

Yoimiya in modern-day casual clothes. I think if she was transported to the modern world, she would probably be a very outgoing model with a passion to pursue the latest trends and the fashion industry. The kind of girl who loves to enjoy her life to the fullest going on adventures across countries to visit exotic places to take selfies on her social media. 

This was inspired by the original design and I added a lot of additional trinkets that I thought would compliment her new look. I know I say this all the time but I always have to hand it to the Genshin character designers. If you start to take apart her design and analyze it, you'll begin to notice that Yoimiya is a walking bundle of various symbolism. It's actually quite insane to see how much stuff the devs managed to squeeze onto one character and somehow make it all work harmoniously. A skill I found to be most challenging and still have yet to master myself when it comes to designing a character from scratch, similar to Vtuber child.
