Monthly Waifu Poll for April 2020 (Patreon)

So after living on top of my comfy apartment on top of a secluded mountain for the past 3 months, I've finally ended up moving elsewhere. I'm still based in Taiwan as we speak and will continue to be here for the next month unless the COVID-19 doesn't calm down and travel restrictions aren't lifted. Who knows? maybe they'll extend my visa here again. I've actually grown quite fond of this country, wouldn't be so bad to settle down here permanently if that was possible haha. 

This time, I've had some difficulty finding good accommodation with a place to set up my workstation. Why is it so hard to find a place with a nice laptop area? >.> I think almost 95% of the places I found were more or less Romania 2.0 and guess what I found among some of those houses? Yes, the dreaded torture chair I had to suffer in Romania lol... Well, at least I managed to find a pretty decent place...though I think this is the first time they've asked me to pay for electricity in advance... For anyone wondering, I've moved into the heart of Taipei CBD. Really wasn't my number 1 choice but there weren't many rural options this time. 

It has some advantages over my mountain apartments. There are so many places to eat now and they're so closeby, I just need to walk for 2~3minutes and I'll be able to grab breakfast, lunch, dinner. So I guess in a sense, that saves me a huge chunk of time spent on cooking/cleaning dishes every day. The time I could spend on drawing~ yay! 

Back to some light-hearted COVID-19 news (that affects me here). Last month I wrote about Vietnam, this month I had a problem with the Thai Visa Office which ultimately cost me a great deal from their inability to tell me the correct information in a timely manner. I won't fully elaborate on it like last month though since it ended up being even more frustrating than last month and I'd feel like how nice it would be if I had Jedi Force powers to choke certain individuals like Darth Vader. 

I'm sure I mention this all the time but you guys really make it hard on me to select the 10 finalists for the polls each month. They all seem like good candidates and I had so much trouble narrowing it down to the final 10 >.<;; 

As for what I'll do this month, I think I'll try something else compared to what I did with Sakura last month... that was really taxing work and I'm not sure if I can spare as much effort on variations and narrative as I did last month.
