So I've been contemplating whether this was alright or not since I'm using the BGM from the actual game and after asking around other content creators who have used BGMs from existing games and anime. 

The general consensus seems to be that I'm in the clear as long as... 

1. I use a piece of the BGM not all of it, meaning I cut a portion down to the size that I want to use. 

2. Parody work...whatever this means? >.>

I'm probably going to release a low-res version of this on Twitter as well just to see how Twitter reacts. I'm sure if it was YouTube I'd get banned immediately but since I don't plan on using YouTube at all and the only SNS I use now a days is Twitter, we'll just have to see. 

An old Jim Carrey quote comes to mind (from The Mask) Somebody stop me! xD 

If Twitter shuts down the content, I'll probably edit this as well and replace the BGM with something else I found that would substitute for it. Here's to hoping it's okay.
