What if Illya from  Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya  grew up and still retained her powers to transform into a Magical Girl? was the concept I was running with. I was also inspired to draw the costume based on the designs of Prisma Testament from FGO which is like an alter version of Illya with magical girl powers. Combining these together....
