I would say Space Thunder Kids is far worse. Even for a cheap Korean knock-off anime/movie/whatever the hell it is, I’ve seen North Korean animated series that were complete ripoffs of movies like The Lion King and those were actually entertaining and had their own animation! The fact that not even my ADHD brain could figure out just what in the seven hells is going on should really tell you something.

I suggest watching Message from Space on YouTube (for free). It is an in-color 1956 Japanese scifi film featuring ridiculous looking aliens, each looks like a human sized starfish. Each starfish costume has a guy inside.
