My favorite slasher flick. Haven't seen the remake but hear it's good. Apparently there was a proposed sequel announced in 2001 that woulda been set decades later, the mines become a tourist/theme park attraction, TJ and Sarah are married with kids and she's the sheriff (pun sorta intended), and new murders happen. For some reason it didn't happen, tho at least it wasn't the worst thing to happen that year lol. Too soon? 😅 There's currently a comic book spinoff/sequel called Valentine Bluffs Massacre published by American Mythology Productions and I hear it's pretty good.

Boobs & Blood

I actually saw this in the cinema in the UK when it came out. It scared the crap out of me then - but I was kinda young. I remember the killer cutting his arm at the end, so not sure if the film suffered the same fate with the BBFC as it did with the US censors.
