Change to the "bunny hole entrance" tier (Patreon)

I've been hearing from other's who use patreon and even from patreon themselves that 1$ pledges aren't very effective as most of it gets eaten up by the percentage the site takes. So i'm gonna be changing the 1st tier to 3$ since it was what others recommended.

Hope this doesn't come as a nuisance to anyone

Edit: I'll put this change into effect next month as it will require me to delete the tier and make a new one
