0.1.28 Early Build

1.      Add new npc “Cecillia” in the dock area. With her own story and introduction event.
2.      Add a new TF scene. Trigger after the fog gate has been activated. And visit Cecillia in the dock.
3.       Like many npc Cecillia could be transformed when the player progresses a story beat. Be sure to check her out and get to know her character in human form. Before it too late.
4.       Update Relationship menu to change npc appearance and text when appropriate.

        4.1  Denethor when she change her outfit

        4.2  Denethor when she is in a relationship with pc.

        4.3  Denethor when they're corrupted.

        4.4  Cecillia in human form.

        4.5  Cecillia after the TF scene played.
