Basically, Player serves girls with massage here. In this scene, the camera usually be top-down view, but it can be changed to free camera－for usability－ while player enters the "special mode".

About the clothing design, we refers to the outfit of "oil shiatsu massage" shop. Orcs are a race with muscular body and strong fingers. An adult Orc can be two heads taller than an Elf. With these powerful arms and fingers, Orcs are probably the top race for massage that can provide the most comfortable service for customers.
