手術之後，一直未能夠自己走路，這情況已經有三星期吧？這樣的感覺很差。一直躺著令人很意志消沉。前陣子，睡覺前都會吃止痛藥，近來因為覺得比較沒那麼痛，所以停止了吃藥，可是就變得睡得不好，很多時候在半夜醒來。是否因為我之前太倚賴藥物了嗎？

A while ago, I would take painkillers before going to bed. Recently, I stopped taking the medicine because I felt less pain. However, I couldn’t sleep well, and often woke up in the middle of the night. Is it because I was too dependent on drugs before?

術後、自力で歩けなくなって3週間経ちますね。 嫌な気分だ。 ずっと横になっているのはとても憂鬱です。 少し前までは寝る前に痛み止めを飲んでいましたが、最近は痛みが軽減されたので薬を飲むのをやめましたが、よく眠れず、夜中に目が覚めることが多くなりました。 以前は薬物に依存しすぎていたからでしょうか？
