近來我在努力減肥了,開始吃少一點,晚上也會去散步/緩跑。希望會快點看到成效吧。

盡量避免跑步 怕雙腿承受不住壓力 最好一開始用競走的方式 或者就像妳散步這樣 我也是過來人 太胖直接跑步 腳就受傷了🤕️
