Mr Jackpots

The government publishes an official list of Chinese characters that most Koreans use for names. Koreans don't know that many Chinese characters so it's easier to go to a naming center and say 'Give me good one'. It's made even more complicated by the fact that Korea used Chinese characters for hundreds of years before King Sejong created hangul, so many Chinese characters have a Korean meaning and a Chinese meaning. You want the name to be harmonious, but it seems that Jae Soo got a name with an unfortunate meaning hidden in it.

He isn't able to cut his leash off yet. Because of his mom and that incident, he thinks it's his life long duty to care for and basically only live for his brother. And because he doesn't have the strengths to stay away from what tempts him to live a different life which is Munyeong, he purposely says things that he knows will hurt her so that she'll stay away once and for all.

He likes her and obviously wants to be with her. But he won't allow himself to get distracted. He doesn't think that he deserves to live a fullfilled and happy life. Also I always have to skip the beginning here. Idk why but when I see gangtae having a breakdown I feel like i'm gonna get a panic attack xD He's always the calm and controlled one, the one everyone leans on. SO seeing him like that makes me uneasy
