This episode really shows how you cannot and will never truly understand a person unless you go through the exact same things they experienced...through the exact same life and treatment... and through the exact same pain. Unless you are in their position, then you have no right to judge them. Just like how Gang-tae said that Mun Yeong is all empty inside and just loud, just like an empty can. Which concludes that she has no feelings and emotions at all. He said that without even knowing what she’s been through and what made her like that. And Gang Tae eventually realized that in the end of this episode.

The OST for this drama is amazing, right up there with Hotel del Luna. The actor who plays Sang-tae is brilliant. I never once thought that he's not autistic. The dynamic between the three main characters is just fascinating. Sang tae is actually more mature than the other two who really are still children emotionally.

this episode made me cry like a baby

It only gets better so many more things to be revealed

I rarely watch K dramas, but Aaron's facial expression on the thumbnail makes me want to watch this drama.😮 Should I watch it?

Her book is related to both of them. They didn’t get too much warmth, love, affection from their parents like the zombie kid. His mother only fed him, so he wasn’t getting her warmth, her love. Gang-Tae feels that his mother had a favoritism with Sang-tae and take more care of him, bc of his condition and also said that she only gave birth to him to protect and take care of Sang-Tae, which is like... no. And Mun-yeong, well, bc her mother was like that... You’ll see more of that soon:) It gets better.

I dont like how gang tae is saying all that stuff as if he knows her..he has no idea. I hate people like that

It's too early in the story to judge anybody. Believe me when I say you don't really know any of these people yet, except maybe Sang-tae who is exactly what he seems to be. Since he's autistic he doesn't know how to wear a mask.

I remember that I just stop to watch this drama after the staring scene in EP.4… I donno why, just do not like scenes spent on staring lol, personal taste, although I like the story(their lines) and their actings. I really appreciate Kim Soo-hyen, the leading actor (gang-tae), after I watched “the Producers” because IU was on that drama. It is glad that I could keep going along with your reaction, hope I can finish it this time.

Just watch "save me" after this kdrama with same actress. Trust me you've never seen anything harder than "save me."

My interpretation of the tale: when the mother came to know that her child had no feelings except the feeling of hunger, she did all she could to fill him up, she even gave him her limbs, just hoping for him to feel full somehow, but he just didn't so he kept eating. But at the very end when she embraced him for the first time letting him devour her, her son embraced her too for the first time, and that's when he FELT warmth..the warmth of his mother, something other than the feeling of hunger and for the first time he spoke, "Mom, you're so warm". The entire time his mother thought he felt empty because of his hunger and she was so focused on that, that she forgot to give him the most important thing a child needs; love, attention, warmth. When he finally got that, it was in her last moments. This tale literally has me sobbing everytimesjjsjs

Guys please let's not talk about these kind of news on here. Especially when they come from Dispatch

Thank you! That’s literally what I said.

It is a great drama, it is very healing. When you've gone through hardships and/or suffer from a mental illness and/or are very sensitive prepare a lot of tissues tho. Lol. I cried. A lot. Oh: If you still don't like it as much after you watched it with Aaron, try to watch it with PD (Form of Therapy). They both pay attention to the details, but in different ways. PD does a lot of realtalks and tells you why scenes are shot this way and what the intentions are (they are a film producer and also korean). I'm really curious about how Aaron will interpret some things tho. He really likes to make theories lol.
