How often one is suppose to wash their hair depends on their hair texture. I'm no expert but i know that for straight hair it's safe to wash often bc it gets oily very quickly, however for curlier and courser hair you shouldn't wash that often bc it takes longer for the oils (called sebum) to reach the ends of your hair. That means that courser hair is naturally drier than straight hair. See how you can wash your hair once or twice a day? I have to wash mine once every one or two weeks, or else id be damaging my hair. So i have to focus more on moisturizing my hair. It's interesting lol
