cc chair fixes! (Patreon)

patch 1.72 has sadly broken cc chairs (dining and barstools). hopefully there will be a proper and quicker fix in the future but for now, here's a hotfix tutorial by @syboulette! 

i also went ahead and updated my own cc! please delete the original file and re-download
