lee and yi are just different english spellings of the korean name 이, you dont actually pronounce any consonant in the beginning, its just "ee" :)

Also, for Yo Gyeom vs Kyeom, their character ㄱ is somewhere between our g and k. It can become more of a k sound depending on grammer rules or if it's a ㄲ. But that's why it going to English can be a little off.
