I absolutely loved this album! TXT has always been amazing vocalists but I feel like they’ve improved so much over the past year and it really shows in this album (plus I think you’re right: the vocal production is slightly less intense and overbearing this album). I think the female vocal in Skipping Stone might be Hanroro who wrote and produced it. I’m so glad you enjoyed Blue Spring! It’s a fan song that Beomgyu produced and all the members wrote together so it’s very meaningful. In one of TXT’s earliest contents, Beomgyu was going through some of the tracks he had been working on and Blue Spring was there, and I’m so glad we got to hear the finished product after 4 years. They also performed Blue Spring on their tour and during their Lollapalooza set this year and it was amazing to see how many people were able to sing along despite it not being released yet. I’m so glad we now have a studio version that I can stream whenever! Also I just love the title itself because the Korean words "blue" (청) and "spring" (춘) create the word "youth" (청춘) when combined.

it is hard to rank tracks on this album because each one is so good - i was so excited to see blue spring on the track list! it was a song they performed on their recent tour (which i managed to go to) and it wasn't on streaming until now. every time i listen to it i get concert flashbacks
